The Academy of Hypnotic Arts respect your right to privacy.
None of the information we collect is passed on to other parties,
except when required as part of the business services we provide
for you, or as required under UK law, or in the event of such
information being necessary by emergency services in the case
of accidents or events requiring your treatment.
Data Collection
Academy of Hypnotic Arts will only collect details about you
when you place an order or request further information. These
will include your name and address, your e-mail address, and
various other details necessary to complete a transaction
and fulfil your order or supply printed material. Academy
of Hypnotic Arts do not collect any information which may
be deemed "sensitive personal data" under the Data
Protection Act 1998.

All customer's e-mail and postal addresses are automatically
entered into a database so they may receive occasional e-mail's
and information packs from us about our products or general
advice about our products which we feel may benefit them.
Customers are free to opt out of the news services by following

we entrust credit card transactions to Paypal, one of the
worlds leading credit card payment solutions providers. Your
credit card details will not be retained by Academy of Hypnotic
Arts following the transaction.

Product Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the quality
of any recorded physical product, or are not satisfied with
the outcome of the promise with any of our products then please
return physical products in a resaleable state and we will
